Where we deliver

We currently deliver to every governorate in Egypt. We don't ship outside Egypt at the moment.

Delivery times

We prepare and hand over in-stock orders within 3 working days, and we often ship the same day. After that, delivery takes 1 to 7 working days depending on your governorate; most orders arrive within 2 to 4 working days. Made-to-order and customised items need extra preparation time, which we confirm with you when you order.

Once you place an order, you get a confirmation with your order number. When it ships, we email you the courier's tracking number (if you gave us an email address), and you can follow the order from your order page.

Delivery fees

The fee depends on your governorate and on the total weight of your order. You always see the exact fee at checkout before you confirm.

Delta and Canal covers Sharqia, Dakahlia, Damietta, Gharbia, Ismailia, Kafr el-Sheikh, Monufia, Port Said, Qalyubia and Suez. Near Upper Egypt covers Beni Suef, Faiyum, Minya, Asyut and Sohag. Far Upper Egypt covers Qena, Luxor and Aswan.

Cash on delivery

For cash-on-delivery orders, please have the order total ready when the courier arrives. If anything arrives damaged, tell us right away.
