Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of namoramart.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from NAMORA ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About us

The Site is owned and operated by NAMORA, Building 52, Group 22, Madinaty, Cairo 19519, Egypt. You can reach us at info@namoramart.com or +20 106 736 6343.

2. Using the Site

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
  • You may not use the Site or our products for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that breaks any law that applies to you.
  • You may not attempt to interfere with the Site, upload malicious code, scrape it in bulk, or access accounts or data that are not yours.
  • We may refuse service, suspend an account or cancel an order if we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken.

3. Your account

You can shop as a guest or create an account. If you create one, keep your password private and tell us right away if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for activity on your account, and the details you give us must be accurate and up to date.

4. Products, prices and availability

  • All prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP). Shipping fees are added at checkout, based on your governorate and the weight of your order.
  • Many of our pieces are handmade or made to order, so small differences in colour, grain, size or finish from the photos are normal and not a defect. Screen settings can also change how colours look.
  • We may change prices, products and promotions at any time. A change does not affect an order we have already confirmed.
  • If a product is listed at a wrong price or with wrong information because of an error, we will contact you before shipping. You can then confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund of anything you paid.
  • Products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we will tell you and refund any amount you paid for it.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you receive an order number and, if you gave an email address, a confirmation email. This confirms that we received your order; it is not yet our acceptance. We may call or message you to confirm the order before it ships. A contract is formed when we confirm or dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example when an item is unavailable, a price or description was wrong, we cannot verify the order, or delivery to the address is not possible. If we cancel, we refund any amount you have paid.

6. Payment

We offer the following payment methods (availability may vary):

  • Cash on delivery: you pay the courier when your order arrives.
  • Cards and mobile wallets: processed securely by our payment provider, Kashier. We do not see or store your full card details.
  • InstaPay: you transfer the order total and upload the transfer receipt. We prepare your order after we confirm that the payment has arrived.

You agree to pay the full amount shown at checkout, including shipping. If a cash-on-delivery order is refused at the door without a valid reason, we may ask for prepayment on future orders.

7. Shipping and delivery

We deliver within Egypt through courier partners. Delivery times, fees and conditions are explained in our Shipping Policy. Please check your address and phone number at checkout, since we cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect details. Ownership and risk pass to you when the order is delivered.

8. Returns and refunds

You can return eligible items as described in our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Egypt's Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 181 of 2018).

9. Discounts and promotions

Discount codes and automatic offers are subject to the conditions shown with them (such as minimum order value, eligible products and expiry date). Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied to past orders. We may withdraw an offer that is being misused.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including the NAMORA name and logo, product designs, photos, videos and text, belongs to NAMORA or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

11. Reviews, messages and uploads

If you send us reviews, comments, photos, designs for custom orders, or other material, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or contain unlawful or offensive content. You allow us to use reviews and feedback to run and promote our store. We may remove any content at our discretion.

12. Third-party services and links

The Site relies on, and may link to, services run by others, such as payment, delivery, analytics and social-media platforms. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

13. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, NAMORA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This section does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under Egyptian law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

14. Indemnity

You agree to compensate NAMORA for claims, losses and reasonable costs that arise from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

15. General

  • If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest remains in force.
  • If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
  • These Terms and the policies linked above are the entire agreement between you and NAMORA about the Site.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its "Last updated" date, applies to orders placed from that date.
